On June 10, Youth-GEMs lead researcher Dr. Simona Karbouniaris delivered an inspiring inaugural lecture at Hogeschool Leiden and GGZ Rivierduinen. She emphasized the importance of recovery-oriented, trauma-sensitive mental health care that recognizes people’s lived experiences, builds on their strengths, and takes their social context into account.
